Northwood Halt

Northwood Halt is an request stop on the Severn Valley Train line in Worcestershire, situated a little to the north of Bewdley on the edges of the Wyre Forest. There's a level crossing solely to the south of the single platform.It's the only surviving original halt on the line. The halt first opened in June 1935 and was in use till the end of English Railways passenger services beyond Bewdley in 1963.

Kidderminster

Kidderminster City is a train line station situated in the city of Kidderminster, Worcestershire, England.The first train line station at Kidderminster was opened by the Oxford, Worcester and Wolverhampton Train line in 1854. It became a crucial intermediate station on the line which became part of the West Midland Train line in 1860.

History of the Railway Line

Severn Valley line preservation dates back to 1965, when a bunch of train line fans formed the Severn Valley Railway Society at Kidderminster.Primary efforts succeeded in raising ten percent of £25,000 price for the closed 5-mile section of the Severn Valley line from Bridgnorth to Alveley.By 1967 the 1st rolling stock and four coaches, had been received.

Highley Station

Highley train line station is a station on the Severn Valley Railway heritage line in Shropshire, situated close to the west bank of the Stream Severn and slightly below a mile to the south-east of the town of Highley.Highley station opened to the general public on one Feb 1862 and closed on eight Sep 1963 when thru passenger services to Shrewsbury ceased after 101 years.

Hampton Loade

Hampton Loade train line station is a station on the Severn Valley Railway heritage line, near to the hamlet of Hampton on the western bank of the Stream Severn ; Hampton Loade itself is on the eastern bank, and might be reached by the Hampton Loade Ferry across the brook.
